Job Summary
The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities*for a period of 3 to 6 months across various sectors.
The programme aims to support fresh graduates with no prior working experience from Universities Polytechnics Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions) amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Graduated inor 2026 from Universities Polytechnics Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service inor 2026
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship

What Youll Be Doing
- Bring campaigns to life
Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns including adaptations for markets such as Brazil.
- Create content that engages
Develop and refine content across channels including social media email campaigns newsletters presentations and case studies.
- Keep things on track
Coordinate timelines content calendars and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Measure what matters
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
- Support communications
Assist with event materials internal updates and campaign summaries.
- Contribute fresh ideas
Share ideas to enhance content and campaign relevance.
