Job Summary

This internship provides hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant producing functional materialsin specialty chemicalindustry.The intern will support process engineering activities related tosafetymanufacturing process control quality management and continuous improvement. This role offers practical exposure to industrial chemical processes and high-volume manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• SupportOperation team fordaily manufacturing operations including material preparation mixing process adjustment and filtration.

• Collect organize and analyze process dataand R&D samples.

• Assist in process optimization productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Support root-cause analysis for process deviations defects or operational issues (e.g. 5-Why fishbone analysis).

• Assist with quality control testing and evaluation according to defined specificationsat QC lab.

• Follow and promote EHS (Environment Health & Safety) and quality standards within the plant.

• Support the preparation review and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineering and R&D.

Requisite Criteria& Skills

• Currentlypursuing abachelorsdegreeor abovein Chemical Engineering Materials Science Applied Chemistry Physical Chemistry Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong interest in chemical manufacturing processes and plant operations.

• Basic data organization and analysis skills (e.g. Excel).

• High level of safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures.

Preferred

• Knowledge of chemical processing or materials manufacturing.

• Experience with laboratory work pilot-scale testing or manufacturing environments.

• Basic understanding of statistical analysis or data-driven problem solving.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
