Manager, Pricing

Job Responsibilities

As the Manager Pricing you will be responsible for executing our pricing strategy across markets in APAC & EU helping manage the fee structure for millions of our users in the region. You will contribute to the development of our regional pricing roadmap collaborating across marketing product data/analytics and management teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Heros price perception in APAC & EU markets. You will also play a key role in informing global product teams with regional operational insights to ensure scalable solutions. This is a vital strategic role with high exposure and a significant opportunity to impact the business. You will:

• Define and execute the pricing strategy for a cluster of markets in our APAC & EU businesses

• Drive innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall pricing strategy operations experimentation and tooling including integration of AI and automation solutions

• Identify test and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive price perception

• Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross functional teams and local markets

• Support target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L line items on the order of hundreds of millions of Euros

Qualifications :

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in pricing analytics top-tier consultancy or a related field.

• Bachelors degree in Economics Mathematics Engineering Statistics or a similar quantitative field.

• Strong problem-solving skills with proven experience in SQL and Python/R leveraging data analysis and A/B testing to deliver quick scalable and data-driven solutions in complex environments.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and manage multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.

• A proactive and problem-solvers mindset with a passion for data analytics and a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.

• Strong stakeholder management presentation and communication skills with demonstrated experience working in complex and/or matrixed organizations
