Manager-Broking, FINEX

• Lead and support strategic growth initiatives to expand the FINEX Commercial portfolio and achieve business objectives.

• Contribute to the execution of FINEXs growth strategy in partnership with regional and global business leaders.

• Support and mentor team members promoting a collaborative high-performing and client-focused culture.

• Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue through retention cross-selling and upselling.

• Build strong insurer partnerships to enhance market access and secure the best outcomes for clients.

• Drive commercial performance by identifying growth opportunities improving profitability and supporting operational excellence.

• At least 5 years relevant experience and qualifications

• A strong execution ability and management of time sensitive issues

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Candidates should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills

• Independent and self-motivated individuals who work well in a team environment and who will consistently strive to deliver the best to WTWs clients.
