Logistics Strategy and Performance Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Logistics Strategy and Performance Manager to drive business performance and operational excellence across our logistics function.
In this role you will own the governance of key business priorities including OKRs KPIs and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. You will partner closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to monitor performance identify improvement opportunities and drive accountability through data-driven insights and structured execution.
You will also lead executive performance reporting business reviews and PMO governance for key logistics initiatives including critical peak periods ensuring alignment and successful delivery across the region.
Responsibilities
Performance Governance & OKR Management
- Own the governance of logistics performance across regional markets ensuring alignment with strategic priorities through effective OKR and KPI management.
- Drive the planning tracking and reporting of functional OKRs and KPIs providing visibility into performance risks and progress.
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to review performance identify root causes of underperformance and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor strategic initiatives proactively managing risks dependencies and execution to ensure successful delivery.
Business Operations & Performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations Product Finance and Commercial to drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Translate business priorities into measurable outcomes using data-driven insights to improve operational performance efficiency and scalability.
- Support strategic planning business reviews and regional initiatives that enhance logistics performance across markets.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive presentations performance reports and business reviews for senior leadership translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong partnerships across regional and local teams proactively escalating risks and driving alignment on key priorities.
Peak Planning & Operational Readiness
- Lead PMO governance and cross-functional planning for major logistics peak events (e.g. Ramadan Eid New Years Eve and seasonal demand peaks).
- Track execution milestones manage dependencies and ensure operational readiness across regional markets.
- Conduct post-peak performance reviews capturing key learnings and driving continuous improvement for future peak operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Economics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Strategy Business Operations Performance Management PMO Consulting or Operations Excellence preferably within technology e-commerce logistics or marketplace businesses.
- Proven experience managing business performance through KPIs OKRs and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent project and program management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
- Experience working in regional or global organisations is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools
