- Strong project management experience in client-facing delivery environments preferably in SaaS data analytics or technology solutions
- Ability to manage project plans timelines dependencies risks and issues across multiple initiatives
- Experience working with APIs data platforms or CRM and ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Product Engineering Sales and Support teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate requirements into delivery plans and outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Technology Computer Science or related field
- Masters or MBA preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum preferred
Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects for data and AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with client outcomes and delivery commitments
- Lead delivery of client implementation projects across data analytics and API-driven solutions to achieve business outcomes
- Translate client requirements into delivery plans workstreams milestones and success criteria
- Manage project timelines risks dependencies and issue resolution to ensure high-quality execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Engineering Sales and Client Support to ensure delivery alignment
- Apply Agile and project management practices to maintain governance transparency and flexibility
- Provide delivery tracking reporting and governance to ensure visibility and accountability
- Act as escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns ensuring timely resolution
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping and delivery feasibility assessments
- Capture client feedback and insights to improve delivery methodologies and solutions
- Support adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices to improve efficiency and outcomes
Our Solutions Delivery team is responsible for delivering client implementation projects for data and AI-enabled solutions ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact. You will collaborate across global teams and contribute to advancing AI-driven delivery capabilities within Moodys.
