Job Summary

You will be part of Nikes Global Labor Compliance team reporting to the Senior Manager Labor Compliance APGC. This team operates across a complex multi-country environment partnering with Payroll Global People Solutions People Solutions Consultants Business HR and Employment Legal to drive sound and consistent labor compliance across Asia Pacific.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 6 years of HR experience specializing in employment/labor compliance employee relations or related compliance matters and a strong working knowledge of Asia Pacific labor laws and regulatory requirements including experience supporting multiple countries within the region; or
Professional legal qualification (or equivalent recognized law degree) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience preferably in employment labor or workplace law.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed multinational environment
Preferred: Regional or cross-border experience and proficiency in a second language
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will drive labor compliance across Asia Pacifictranslating law into action enabling the business to move forward with confidence while managing compliance risk. Youll partner cross-functionally shape processes and respond to an evolving regulatory landscape with clarity and speed.
Advise HR and business partners on labor compliance topics including wages working time leave terminations severance and social security across Asia Pacific
Monitor labor law developments across the region assess compliance and business impact brief stakeholders on legislative changes and partner with them to identify and implement required operational changes.
Lead labor audit engagements and regulatory interactions including preparing stakeholders reviewing submissions and managing risk mitigation
Identify labor compliance risks and lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure risks are addressed mitigated or appropriately managed.
Collaborate closely with Payroll Global People Solutions People Solutions Consultants Business HR and Employment Legal to deliver consistent and scalable solutions
Develop and refine labor compliance guidance standard operating procedures and playbooks to ensure consistent regional application.
Support regional projects and continuous improvement efforts including adoption of technology and AI-enabled solutions
