KPO Specialist

Essential Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Design & Engineering: Draft and maintain detailed engineering drawings 3D models and single-line diagrams for custom tooling and workshop fixtures.

EHS & Material Compliance: Ensure all materials components and design features utilized in shop-floor builds strictly adhere to site EHS policies and regulatory safety standards.

Automation Support: Support the implementation of entry-to-mid-level automation projects including the configuration and troubleshooting of electrical controllers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Technical Collaboration: Partner with the KPO Supervisor to translate concepts into functional hardware; act as a technical liaison when working with external vendors to deliver specialized automation solutions.

Workshop Support: Assist the KPO team with the technical aspects of Moonshine projects ensuring that electrical and mechanical components are integrated safely and accurately.

Documentation: Maintain technical files design specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tooling and automation builds.

Qualifications/Requirements :
Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks or equivalent).

Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems sensors and PLC programming (Ladder Logic/Function Block Diagram/Structured Text).

Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
