Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager (E-Commerce) for Singapore you will manage day-to-day commercial operations across all online channels. You will drive strategic initiatives to maximize business performance and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive assortment expansion pricing strategy and promotional effectiveness
  • Negotiate commercial terms visibility investments and campaign participation
  • Manage day-to-day Singapore commercial operations across all online channels
    Conduct stock forecasting and collaborate closely with the supply chain team
  • Drive visibility and promotional planning to maximize performance during key events such as Double Digit Day and Campaign Day
  • Collaborate with the Regional ECommerce team to adapt and leverage regional strategies tools and playbooks for local eCommerce execution
  • Share market insights and sales performance data with regional partners
  • Implement and localize best practices across platforms
  • Build effective working relationships with online retailers e-commerce enablers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities with platform owners and operational improvements with e-commerce enablers
  • Lead the execution of JDE eCommerce Fundamentals
  • Deliver business KPIs including volume gross profit on-time wholesale cost and market share targets

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales development including account management content execution and marketplace/3rdparty partner management
  • Experience in Beverage Food or FMCG within a digital environment and/or eCommerce marketplace platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to win in eCommerce channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity ownership and a consumer-first approach
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with partners leveraging diverse strengths to deliver results
