Job responsibilities:
- Identify assess and mitigate IT risks across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks policies and procedures to enhance the organizations risk posture.
- Conduct regular risk assessments audits and reviews of IT systems applications and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT risk management practices are integrated into business operations and project lifecycles.
- Monitor and report on IT risk metrics trends and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on IT risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness.
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks technologies and regulatory requirements to proactively address potential threats.
- Support incident response and business continuity planning efforts to minimize the impact of IT disruptions.

Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Risk Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT risk management cybersecurity or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST COBIT or similar standards.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies vulnerability management and incident response processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA CRISC CISSP or equivalent are highly desirable.
