Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation
Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments including pricing and documentation.
Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
Verify and maintain shipping documents invoices packing lists certificates of origin.
Prepare import/export permits declarations and other required trade documents.
Pricing Sourcing & Partner Communication
Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
Compliance & Problem Resolution
Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.
Requirements:
Diploma in International Business Logistics Supply Chain or a related field.
12 years of experience in logistics freight forwarding or trade operations. Candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with overseas partners.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
