Your day to day

• Support the Operations team in preparing insights reports and materials for key business initiatives across multiple markets
• Assist with creating engaging content to support internal learning and development tools
• Help drive initiatives that enhance guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty
• Coordinate and support key stakeholder meetings and regional communications
• Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to ensure smooth operations

What we need from you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management Hospitality or a related field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
