Desired Qualities

1. Basic understanding of FX concepts industry and financial markets.

2. Experience in trading/sales trading/account management in Equities FX Digital Assets or Fixed Income markets preferred.

3. Interest in a Customer focused role with an emphasis on creating long lasting partnerships.

4. Basic understanding of product management including defining a Minimum Viable Product and feature commercialization.

5. Interest in technology and problem solving.

Job Description:

Client Implementations

• Co-ordinate and run project kick-offs for clients new to the MaxxTrader system and environment.
• Assist in defining business requirements through client discussions and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Design functional solutions & user workflows and document Functional Specifications.
• Formalize the business requirements (using Confluence Project Page and JIRA user stories) document analysis requirements workshops business process descriptions use cases scenario analysis and coach business stakeholders and peers.
• Liaise and build relationships across different stakeholders in terms of managing expectations.
• Participate actively in client expectation management.

II. Mature Clients

• Actively work on mature clients understanding their use of the system and checking in periodically.
• Work with internal support teams when production issues occur and ensure good communication with clients at all times.
• Contribute to internal planning delivery and communication with clients.
• Attend demos for new functionality provided and project catch-ups with clients.

III. Strategic Initiatives

• Help define MaxxTraders Customer Strategy.
• Provide insight and input into MaxxTraders ROEs on client communications.
• Help drive change and efficiency in client implementations and maintenance.
• Provide viable and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency within the team and for cross functional operations standardization and user experience and deliver business initiatives.

IV. Analytics and Reporting

• Assist in Sales & business development process by generating client trading analytics report.
• Analyze clients trading activity to offer solutions for achieving best execution.
• Prepare Analyze and Distribute custom trade analytics reports for Monthly Trading Data to clients and partners.
• Help create update and maintain the trade reporting dashboards for the Executive and Management teams.
