Job Summary

Summary

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned target sales accounts in the Singapore market. The incumbent will provide technical and commercial support to assigned customers while maintaining high customer service standards. The role involves managing sales activities for the Companys product portfolio in consultation with the Reporting Manager with the objective of achieving sales targets profitability and other assigned key performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Achieve allocated individual and country sales targets for assigned industry segments and customer accounts while planning organizing and managing sales activities (indoor sales activities and customer engagement) for the Companys products in Singapore.

Manage and maintain customer and product information in the SAP database.

Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM C4C) system is utilized in accordance with Company guidelines and policies.

Generate sales through prospecting qualifying and indoor sales activities including customer engagement via telesales.

Proactively manage customer telesales and engagement with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer requests for information and conduct online product presentations.

Identify appropriate customer contacts qualify opportunities and drive leads through the sales process.

Provide commercial and technical support to customers.

Understand customers business operations purchasing behaviour and organizational structure to recommend suitable products and solutions through effective technical and commercial support.

Build and enhance the Companys brand awareness and reputation within the market.

Maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to understand customer needs and deliver excellent service through indoor sales activities.

Foster a collaborative fair and positive working environment within the team.

Comply with Company policies and seek clarification from the immediate supervisor whenever required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications and Competencies

Diploma or Degree qualification (preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; this will be an added advantage).

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Indoor Sales role. Candidates with a relevant educational background are encouraged to apply. Prior work experience is not required.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial terms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Working knowledge of SAP SD will be an added advantage.

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
