Import & Export Coordinator

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Import & Export Coordinator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Liaise with shipping lines agents depots and terminals regarding container release collection returns and related operational matters.
• Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements and operational timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments customers consignees and logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and depot operations.
• Handle customer enquiries feedback and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare verify and maintain operational documents and billing records to support accurate invoicing and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of container conditions when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
• 12 years of relevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics systems such as PORTNET TradeNet or equivalent platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication coordination and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate work.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3500 VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Tuas Crescent
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work 8:30am - 5:30pm
