Our HumanCapitalServices & Solutions team sits at the heart of PwC Singapores people experiencedelivering high-quality end-to-end HR support that enables our employees and leaders to do their best work every day.

As the engine behind HR operations we manage a diverse portfolio spanning onboarding andoffboarding payroll and benefits administration leave management employee lifecycle transactions and HR systems governance.

As a HR Services and Solutions Intern you will beexposedto the full spectrum of operational HR activities and the chance to builda strong foundationin HRcritical skills.Your responsibilities include:

  • Support employee lifecycle processesbyassistingwith onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees.

  • Maintainemployee records in HRdatabasesensuring data accuracycompletenessand timeliness.

  • Maintainand reconcile leave records for reporting and payrollpurposes

  • Support the team in attending to staff enquiries relating to HR policiesprocessesand administrative matters in a professional and service-oriented manner.

  • Provide operational and administrative supportin relation tostaff welfare administrationbillingand payment matters

  • Support process efficiencybytrackingandfollowingup on tasks and transactions to ensuretimelycompletion and high service standards.

  • Participate in HR-related initiatives and projects that support process improvement operationalexcellenceandoverallemployee experience.

  • Collaborate withinternal and externalstakeholdersacross the firm to support effective HR service delivery

  • Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency andcontributeto AI initiatives

WhatWereLooking For:

We welcome motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in buildinga strong foundationin HR operations and shared services within a dynamic professional environment.

  • Students pursuing studies in Business Administration HumanResourcesor related disciplines are preferred.

  • Strong interest in human resources HRoperationsor shared services.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office is. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with stakeholders acrossdifferent levels.

  • Meticulous well-organisedand attentive to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proactive self-motivatedand able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • A positive team player who is eager to learn and contributetoa collaborative environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment where both quality and speed are important.
