Human Resources Senior Analyst

Position Title: Human Resources Senior/Analyst Singapore and Australia

Job Profile: Human Resources Senior/Analyst (S03080)

Reports to: Head of Human Resources Singapore and Australia

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

• Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the employee journey from attracting and onboarding talent through to development performance rewards engagement and employee transitions.
• Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting employee enquiries maintaining HR systems and records and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organisation.
• Collaborate with payroll benefits immigration and external partners to support the delivery of employee services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support workforce reporting people analytics surveys and insights that help inform business decisions and shape people strategies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies employee communications governance compliance and audit initiatives.
• Coordinate learning programmes wellbeing initiatives employee engagement activities culture campaigns and workplace experiences that foster connection inclusion growth and a thriving workplace culture.
• Support employee relations matters through case administration stakeholder coordination documentation and investigation support as required.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support vendor management service delivery and continuous enhancement of HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects digitalisation initiatives system enhancements process improvements and future-of-work programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
• As needed take on other exciting projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the HR team and broader organization.

Experience/Knowledge Education and Other Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration Human Resources Finance Accounting or related fields
• At least 4 years of HR experience
• Experience in HR operations and payroll would be advantageous
• Strong numerical skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage tight and conflicting timelines
• Excellent MS Office skills especially in excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication
• Possess a can-do attitude with strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
