HSE Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Supervisor in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals to oversee workplace health safety and environmental compliance. • Supervise workplace health safety and environmental compliance activities.
  
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits.
  
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
  
• Deliver safety inductions toolbox talks and awareness training.
  
• Monitor permit-to-work activities and high-risk operations.
  
• Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
  

• HSE Compliance Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations.
  
• Risk Assessment Identify and mitigate operational hazards.
  
• Safety Auditing Conduct inspections and compliance reviews.
  
• Incident Investigation Analyze root causes and recommend improvements.
  
• Emergency Response Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
  

• ISO 45001 knowledge
  
• Environmental management awareness
  
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
  

Experience was not specified. Typical requirement: 36 years in HSE supervision within construction manufacturing oil & gas or industrial environments with practical experience implementing workplace safety programs.

• Minimum: Typical Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or related field
  
• Preferred: NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification
  
• Additional Certifications: First Aid Fire Safety Risk Assessment (if applicable)
