HNW Business Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a HNW Business Support Specialist
In this role you will:
- Support in establishing end-to-end custody management processes including custodian onboarding account opening investment assets assessment and due diligence checks.
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to VUL new business and ongoing operations.
- Support the simplification and optimization of front-office and operational requirements to improve speed to market.
- Assist in developing and governing key operational materials including playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both new business and ongoing operations.
- Support in training sessions for internal stakeholders on VUL processes custody protocols and best practices.
- Ensure all custody and operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
To be successful you will need:
- Working experience in life insurance wealth management custody operations preferably with exposure to Variable Universal Life (VUL) products.
- Experience in processes enhancement and operational efficiencies.
- Possess basic knowledge on using Bloomberg a plus point.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
