Lead the ship agency business ensuring efficient vessel operations strong customer relationships regulatory compliance and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee port calls vessel clearance crew changes and husbandry services.
- Manage relationships with shipowners charterers port authorities and service providers.
- Drive business development revenue growth and service quality.
- Manage budgets disbursement accounts cost control and collections.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations safety standards and company procedures.
- Lead and develop operations and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Proven ship agency experience including senior management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of port operations maritime regulations and agency finance.
- Excellent leadership commercial communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time-critical operations and support a 24/7 business.
