Job Description:
The Ground Instructor is responsible for pilots ground training
Ensure the pilots have reached the standard level of knowledge and passed the final systems
and performance exams
Provide lectures to the pilots develop and review examinations questions
Instruct Airlines crews converting to Airbus aircrafts on all operational and technical aspects
for a particular type of aircraft using all equipment: FBS FTD APT Mock-ups
Evaluate the crews progression regarding the aircrafts systems knowledge within the
predetermined time scale of the course
Maintain the required Instructor Competencies performance
