Sales Support Coordinator (2yrs Contract) - Your future position

Purpose

AsSales Support Coordinator the role supports the execution of account strategies by working closely with Account Managers to manage the assigned client portfolio. It focuses on delivering excellent customer service responding efficiently to client requests and ensuring clear communication and seamless information flow between clients and internal teams. Through strong client engagement the role helps strengthen Givaudans position as a trusted partner and supports the clients business growth.

Overall objective

• Contribute to the account strategy execution in collaboration with respective Account Managers for the assigned client portfolio
• Support the sales team by efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth communication and information flow
• Ensure a high quality client service and relationship reinforcing Givaudans perception as a preferred partner and contributing to the business growth of the client.
• Build and maintain strong relationships internal stakeholders
• Coordinate development projects from project entry to completion ensuring a smooth flow of information samples product data and quotations.

Main responsibilities

• Project management support: Actively support the KAMs in the project process such as:
• Registering the projects in the internal system making sure all the parameters are correct. Making sure samples are shipped honouring the deadlines
• Ensure price maintenance : create quotations register NBOs and answer price workflow on a daily basis
• Preparing full submission package for the clients (incl. submission deck pricing tables regulatory & technical documentation)
• Maintaining the project pipeline clean and up-to-date

• 5 years of working experience in administrative sales support customer service or coordination role
• Fluent in English
