Sales Support Administrator (1 year contract) - Your future position
Purpose
The Sales Support Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations and excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in supporting Account Managers and project teams through effective coordination documentation management sample handling and system maintenance.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for internal and external client interactions including logistics arrangements meeting room bookings and meal coordination.
- Support Account Managers and project teams with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate oil sample and application sample requests.
- Manage sample re-labelling activities.
- Arrange local and international dispatch of market products and fragrance samples.
- Coordinate documentation requests including COA SDS TDS and other relevant documents.
- Maintain pricing information in the IBIS system.
- Perform project pipeline maintenance and data cleansing in IBIS.
- Support portfolio updates and data management activities.
- Coordinate and maintain the teams weekly travel updates.

Academic Background
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support Business Development Support Office Administration Event Management Hospitality Customer Service or a related service-oriented environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Active team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
