Innovation Project Manager - Your future position

Location: Pioneer Singapore

Purpose of the Role

• Innovation is a core enabler to achieve our 2035 Operations Visiondriving step-change improvements in cost efficiency scalability and flexibility through automation AI and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• To accelerate this journey we are establishing a dedicated Innovation ProjectManager role based in Singapore at the heart of ourregionalinnovation ecosystem.
• This role will act as the centralcoordinatoracross the innovation lifecyclefrom ideation to piloting and first industrializationensuring that innovations are not only developed but successfully translated into scalable operational solutions.
• A key focus will be to lead and coordinate the innovation program with our external partner ARTC while ensuring strong connection with our Singapore innovation ecosystem and alignment across ongoing global innovation initiatives.
• The role plays a key part in accelerating the transition from innovation to scalable industrial solutions contributing directly to cost efficiency productivity and operational flexibility across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projectsend-to-end from concept to first industrialization.
• Drive piloting and first industrialization of innovations leveraging Singapore as a key innovation hub and enable readiness for scaling across the global network.
• Act as primary interface with ARTC and external partners.
• Actively scout and build a strong pipeline of disruptive and incremental innovations technologies and partners to continuously fuel and strengthen the innovation funnel.
• Ensure innovations are aligned with operational value drivers such as cost efficiency OEE improvement and scalability.
• Applygovernance and methodologies (Stage-Gateetc).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Innovation ManEx CoE Digital).
• Ensure alignment and integration across global innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7years experiencein innovation/projectmanagement .
• Experience in automation robotics AI Industry 4.0 .
• Proven global project leadership.

• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run workshops across functions departments and hierarchies.

• Successful transition of innovation projects from pilot to first industrialization.
• Speed and effectiveness of piloting and industrialization readiness.
• Contribution to measurable operational impact (e.g. cost per kg productivity scalability OEE improvement).
• Strength and effectiveness of ARTC and partner collaboration.
• Quality and maturity of the innovation funnel (new ideas technologies partnerships).
