Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the executive leadership team
• Oversee all legal matters including contracts litigation intellectual property and regulatory compliance
• Manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the companys interests and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with laws regulations and industry standards
• Advise on mergers acquisitions and other strategic transactions
• Handle legal disputes and litigation matters
