As a Finance (Procure-to-Pay) Internyoulljoin our P2P Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end-to-end procurement and paymentprocessesanduseAI -driven software in ourwork. Your responsibilities will include:
Document key processes.Help capture and refine the process flow for Procure-to-Pay building strong foundational knowledge of how end-to-end finance operations work.
Processpayablestransactions. Process and recordpayablestransactions in line with accounting principles covering prepayments fixed assets and expenses andassignthe correct GL account basedand allocation basison the nature of expenses.
Strengthen controls. Perform audit checks on expense claims toidentifynon-compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of strong financial governance.
Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools data analytics and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality efficiency and insight of Procure-to-Pay work.

What were looking for:
We welcome curious motivated students who are excited to build a strong technical foundation in finance and accounting.
Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g. Business Economics) with a strong demonstrated interest in finance and accounting are also welcome to apply.
