Finance Intern, Travel Retail

YOUR IMPACT

This role will give you the opportunity to be part of Make Up For Ever Tribe and work collaboratively with teams in an international & culturally diverse environment with various functional teams based in Singapore Korea Hong Kong and China. You will develop knowledge of the dynamic Travel Retail business in Asia Pacific.

YOUR MISSION

Business Analysis and Monthly Reporting

• Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks eg. monthly reporting to HQ Region or local management
• Analyze the main variances of actuals P&L vs. last year and budget
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings for Brands Management
• Support on business analysis (retail sales net sales etc.)
• Support the business controller with ad hoc local reports

Budget Preparation

• Support with the preparation of budget templates
• Assist with the consolidation of inputs from markets and function stakeholders
• Assist with the system upload and preparation of submission packages to HQ

Others

• Review of controlling procedures and update if needed
• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in consumer goods makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
