FINANCE DIRECTOR

Finance Director Singapore
Industry:Manufacturing / Trading / Regional Headquarters

Reporting to senior management and working closely with headquarters this position will play a critical role in driving financial governance operational excellence compliance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage treasury activities cash flow forecasting banking relationships and working capital.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement financial controls processes and governance frameworks.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Monitor and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Partner with business leaders to drive budgeting forecasting and performance management activities.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison with headquarters and regional stakeholders.
• Lead mentor and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA ACCA CA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 1015 years of progressive finance experience including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting tax regulations treasury management and audit processes.
• Experience working within multinational corporations or overseas subsidiaries.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and headquarters management.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Experience in ERP systems and financial transformation projects is advantageous.
