Role Summary
Join us as a Finance Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping commercial this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into meaningful insights enabling smarter faster business decisions. Youll go beyond traditional financeacting as a strategic advisor to the business driving performance improving processes and influencing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Business Units to provide financial insights that support informed commercial decision-making
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial close including preparation of performance reports for the assigned business area
Maintain data integrity within financial systems (e.g. SAP OneStream) and support continuous system improvements
Analyse financial results identify trends/variances and deliver actionable recommendations to management
Collaborate closely with commercial teams on budgeting forecasting and performance management activities
Support Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and Credit Control functions as needed
Review and enhance finance processes strengthen internal controls and recommend best practices
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy Finance Commerce or equivalent; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience; exposure to the logistics industry is an advantage
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions
Hands-on experience with finance systems such as SAP and OneStream
Solid understanding of accounting standards financial reporting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Proactive detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced business-partnering environment
