What impact can you make in this role

The Directors Office of TPSG takes charge of the daily operations in running the department successfully and efficiently supporting the departments goals and objectives. To continually enhance the capabilities of the team we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Directors Office as an Executive Assistant on a 12 months contract to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.

What will you do as an Executive Assistant (Contract)

• Provide full secretarial support for a team in TPSG e.g. calendar management scheduling of internal and external meetings/appointments;
• Organize the teams business travel and helping to coordinate travel itineraries including submission of travel expense claims;
• Provide administrative support for investment committees meeting including logistical support repository management and uploading and distribution of meeting materials;
• Support the departments Knowledge Management efforts such as uploading and dissemination of research reports;
• Undertake other operational duties such as record keeping procurement for stationary supply onboarding new hires and other corporate initiatives;
• Assist in organizing department events/general staff welfare activities; and
• Act as leave cover for other EAs.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience supporting senior management level
• Solid communication (written and verbal) interpersonal and organizational skills
• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task prioritise and work under limited supervision
• Ability to adapt to changes in technologies and enterprise software
• Proficient in MS O365
