Job Summary
- Perform painting works throughout the hotel including guestroom public areas back-of-house spaces and facilities to maintain the propertys appearance and standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning scraping patching sanding and priming as required.
- Apply paint vanish stains and other protective coatings to plaster walls ceiling wooden surfaces metalwork and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Carry out touch-up painting and minor surface repairs to maintain the hotels aesthetic standards.
- Ensure all painting works are completed safely neatly and in accordance with the hotel quality standards and workplace safety requirement.
- Maintain painting tools equipment and materials in good working condition and ensure proper storage of paint and chemicals.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of GCE N level
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to start work within short notice period.
