Job Summary

To lead engineering and maintenance works in the fields of Mechanical equipment and system on site to achieve continual improvement to system robustness reliability and efficiency with the necessary guidance and direction from Facilities organization to achieve facilities department site facilities corporate and company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Facilities mechanical systems including HVAC exhaust systems scrubbers process cooling water chillers boilers cooling towers compressed air systems Fire protection system and cleanroom air systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability

• Respond and problem solving of system issues and production interruptions to mechanical related systems

• Plan design and lead mechanical engineering projects includes new construction system upgrading and quality improvement

• Perform capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systems

• Enforce to companys environmental safety health policy and procedure standard operating procedure with risk assessment good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work.

• Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order equipment history and project tracking.

• Maintain maintenance record for system fault history traceability.

• Proficient in quality tool such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting or incidents.

• Initiate and lead energy savings & sustainability projects.

• To perform and manage procurement task for the facilities system equipment upkeep

• Identification and enablement of smart technologies and AI for improvement of managed tasks i.e.: project tracking maintenance overviews budget tracking etc.

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency
  quality or effectiveness exercising sound judgment and complying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying testing andsharing AI-enabled enhancements within ones scope of work

Job Requirements Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required

• Design and Engineering background of mechanical system such as HVAC system Exhaust system will be of good advantage

• Familiarity with sustainability efforts (electricity waste water reduction) is a plus

• Ability to perform automation using MS Office suite Excel VBA is a plus

• Strong analytical logical and critical thinking skills

• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels

• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable

• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
