Job Summary
Overview: Deliver operational oversight incident and change management vendor governance and financial monitoring for critical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) infrastructure across enterprise data centers in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Escalate operational issues promptly and coordinate real-time status reporting during M&E incidents events and outages.
Manage post-incident root cause analyses tracking remediation and action items through to closure.
Oversee M&E operating budgets and validate vendor invoices against contracts and scope of work.
Support strict IT change management procedures for all M&E modifications to ensure risk mitigation and full documentation.
Manage third-party vendors enforcing compliance with Health & Safety guidelines SLAs/KPIs Risk Assessments Method Statements and Permits-to-Work (PTW).
Coordinate routine and ad-hoc M&E maintenance and monitor colocation data center energy consumption and utilization metrics.
Years of Experience: Mid-to-senior level (demonstrated M&E engineering experience within mission-critical or financial data center environments).
Technology Stack & Critical Systems:
Power Systems: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Emergency Generators Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
Cooling Systems: Precision Cooling Chillers HVAC CRAH/CRAC Units.
Operations & Service Management: Incident Problem and Change Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL practices).
Safety & Compliance: Risk Assessments Method Statements Permit-to-Work (PTW) frameworks and Health & Safety protocols.
Proven experience working within regulated financial services or high-availability enterprise data center environments.
Strong familiarity with structured IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Solid background in vendor contract management SLA tracking and operating budget support.
