Distribution Specialist Global HNW
Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for a relationship-oriented professional to join our team supporting the international high-net-worth insurance market. You will be the primary contact for allocated consultants and accounts helping to drive partner engagement support new business flow and deliver a seamless distributor experience. Working closely with both external partners and internal teams you will play an important role in case management sales support operational coordination and continuous improvement.
In this role you will contribute by strengthening partner relationships enabling efficient case progression and helping the business deliver responsive high-quality support to distributors. Your insights coordination and proactive approach will help improve partner experience and support business growth.

Position Responsibilities:
Relationship & Account Management
- Act as primary contact for allocated consultants and accounts driving engagement and new business flow.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with Distribution Partners consultants case managers and support staff.
- Provide proactive guidance on processes documentation and case progression.
Sales & Case Support
- Handle product inquiries provide illustrations and support usage of illustration tools.
- Monitor and follow up on case status ensuring timely issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate reporting including pipeline updates and caselevel insights.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Underwriting Operations and Compliance to coordinate smooth case management and distributor experience.
- Participate in sales roundtables contributing insights on partner needs competitive intelligence and market feedback.
Operational Excellence & Knowledge Management
- Maintain an expert understanding of GHNW products across key jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
- Manage CRM/contact databases and ensure highquality activity logging and reporting.
- Identify process improvements to strengthen team efficiency partner experience and sales enablement.
- Contribute to developing a centre of excellence model by sharing best practices and accelerating response turnaround.
Administrative Distribution & Operational Support
- Coordinate routine Distributor Due Diligence (DD) reviews partner communications and new product onboarding serving as the liaison between Distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Handle procurement activities event logistics support and maintain administrative records and distribution listings.
- Assist with system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including coordination and documentation support.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of financial services experience; life insurance experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Understanding of life insurance applications in estate retirement and business planning is an advantage.
