Your Day to Day

• Lead the investment analysis team across the region evaluating development opportunities from market research through to valuation and approval.
• Partner with development and leadership teams to provide financial insights that shape deal strategy and decisionmaking.
• Oversee the preparation of deal approvals and ensure highquality analysis across all projects.
• Guide and develop the team building capability and ensuring strong performance across multiple markets.
• Lead strategic projects and continuously improve processes to strengthen analysis and outcomes.

What We Need From You

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate Hospitality or a related field.
• 10 years experience in investment analysis valuation finance or hotel development.
• Proven experience leading teams and working across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to support seniorlevel decision making.
