Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director HCC APAC Regional Lead Singapore .

The Director HCC APAC Regional Leadis responsible forleading and overseeing the Healthcare Compliance strategy and effective execution of the Compliance Program across theAsiaPacific(APAC) region for DePuy Synthes. The APAC Regional Lead also serves as the Compliance Officer forSingapore and Philippinesmarkets providingendtoendstrategic and operational compliance leadership.

This rolepartners closelywith regional and country commercial medical and functional leaders to enable ethical business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad regional impact offering the opportunity to shape compliance strategy in a complex and diverse regulatory environment while supporting innovation and patient access across Orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the APAC Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuySynthesglobal complianceobjectives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to APAC senior leaders on compliance risks mitigation strategies and business decisions.

  • Oversee compliance programs related to commercial medical and customer engagement activities across APAC markets.

  • Partnerwith Legal Medical Affairs Quality Finance and other functions toidentify assess and manage regional compliance risks.

  • Guideinvestigations issue management and remediation activities in collaboration with Legal and Ethics & Compliance teams.

  • Ensure effective monitoring and reporting processes to support continuous improvement and risk reduction.

  • Lead coach and develop a team of HCC professionals across the region fostering a strong culture of integrity and accountability.

  • Support business transformation initiatives new market models and portfolio changes by embedding compliance into strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree in law business healthcare life sciences ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred:Advanced degree (MBAMastersdegree or Juris Doctor).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum1012 years of progressive experiencein healthcare compliance legal regulatory or risk management roles within life sciences or MedTech.

  • Demonstrated experience leading healthcare compliance programs across multiple countries or regions.

  • Strong knowledge of APAC healthcare laws regulations and industry codes.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive compliant decisionmaking in complex matrixed organizations.

  • Experience leading coaching and developing highperforming regional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication judgement and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Orthopedics or MedTech commercial organizations.

  • Priorregional or global compliance leadership experience.

  • Experience supporting business transformation divestitures or organizational change.

  • Familiarity with global compliance frameworks and operating models.

  • Professional compliance or legal certification (e.g. CHC).

Other

  • Language:Fluency in English;additionalAPAC languages preferred.

  • Travel:Up to 2530% international travel within APAC.

  • Certifications:Compliance or legalcertificationspreferred.

  • Drivers License:Valid drivers license where applicable.
