Position Overview

This role sits within BlackRocks ETF Servicing team which is responsible for supporting and managing our global ETF franchise on ESP (ETF Solutions Platform) our in-house platform built on Aladdin. The successful candidate will lead core operational workflows across the ETF lifecycle ensuring timely and accurate execution within a robust control framework. The role will also partner closely with internal teams on new product launches platform enhancements and strategic change initiatives with a focus on operational excellence scalability risk reduction and support for BlackRocks commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow a world class ETF Servicing team that supports our colleagues in Portfolio Management Capital Markets Technology Product Development and Operations while delivering an unparalleled experience for our Authorized Participant community and the broader ETF ecosystem

Ensure a culture where Risk Management is paramount and operational risk is effectively identified and managed across all dimensions of the model

Grow our global ETF Servicing footprint with a clear vision in region for employee development and success clear roles and responsibilities that enables product and stakeholder success

Continue to evolve a governance model and set of metrics to evaluate the efficiency and efficacy of the ETF Servicing function to identify opportunities to streamline scale and improve

Skills and experience

At least 10 years of experience in the ETF industry or asset servicing

A background that includes a combination of leadership roles acrossETFoperations client service fund accounting custody/banking.

Outstanding people leadership and culture-building skills encouraging a high-energy high-achievement culture balanced with respect andempathy

Ability to navigate the firm andinfluence team player who is accustomedtoworking with globalregionaland local stakeholders

Strong communicationskills especially the ability to summarize and synthesize to senior leadership

Strategic acumen linked to implementation/execution with a proven ability todriveenterprise leveloutcomesacross a variety of distinct constituencies

Demonstrated capability in problem solving and being intellectually curious. A voracious appetite for learningwith strong critical thinking quantitative and analytical skills

Preference forexperience in business process and technology design as a product owner sponsor or key subject matter expert. Successfultrack recordof contributing tohigh visibility project delivery

Our hybrid work model
