About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Executive to join our Singapore team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing end-to-end order processing coordinating deliveries and supporting customers with timely and accurate information.


You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and operational accuracy.


Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Process sales and purchase orders accurately and within required timelines
Monitor order status including backorders and ensure timely fulfilment
Coordinate with warehouse logistics providers and forwarders on shipments
Provide customers with updates on order status and delivery timelines


Customer Service
Handle customer enquiries related to orders deliveries and billing
Provide prompt accurate and professional responses
Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness


Invoicing & Billing
Generate and issue invoices in line with company and regulatory requirements
Upload invoices and supporting documents to customer portals where required
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies


Procurement & Coordination
Raise and manage purchase orders to support fulfilment activities
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Work closely with Sales Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes


Process & Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Support audit and stock count activities as required
Identify and raise process improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements


Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service order processing or sales support
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage 300 or Sage X3) is an advantage
Basic understanding of GST requirements and Incoterms preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
