Our Strategy and Operations practice supports a broad spectrum of clients digital transformation needs helpingorganisationsnavigate and implementchangeacross their most critical business areas. Our capabilities span business modelling process design and improvement change management project management operating model design go-to-market strategy front-to-backdigitisation and IT systems assessment and implementation.

We work alongside clients tostrategise design and implement key initiatives across a diverse range of areas including Strategy and Business Model Design Customer Experience across Sales Service and Marketing Supply Chain and Operations Procurement International Development and Sustainability. Our approach is focused on delivering practical impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes across theorganisation.

About the Role
As part of the Strategy and Operations practice you will support initiatives that helporganisationsnavigate digital transformation and drive change across key areas of their business.

In this role you will work alongside project teams to support analysis research and the preparation of deliverables while also contributing to business development and thought leadership activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics including business model design operations customer experience and transformation projects buildinga strong foundationin consulting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support the project delivery teams by conducting analysis preparingpresentations attendinginternal and/or external workshops and meetingsetc

• You will support the team in the sales process by developing proposals marketpropositionsetc.

• You will support business development thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate

About You

• Penultimate year students from reputable local or overseas universities with strong academic performance and a proventrack recordof co-curricular involvement.

• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in consulting with a willingness to continuously learn and develop relevant skills.

• Highly motivated enthusiastic confident and creative individuals who take initiative and bring a results-oriented self-starter mindset.
