As a Commercial Executive you will support customer billing operations commercial reporting and contractual compliance to ensure accurate billing timely reporting and a seamless customer experience.

Working closely with customers Account Teams Commercial Teams IT and other internal stakeholders you will help resolve billing issues enhance reporting capabilities and drive process improvements through automation analytics and digital tools.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Creating maintaining and updating billing records with accurate monthly billing information.
• Generating validating and analysing customer billing reports to support invoicing and reporting requirements.
• Performing billing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual billing obligations reporting commitments and service-level requirements.
• Gathering customer reporting requirements and translating them into clear report specifications.
• Developing and customising billing reports to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Working with IT teams to enhance and maintain reporting capabilities.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Supporting Account and Commercial Teams in managing billing artefacts contractual obligations and reporting deliverables.
• Investigating and resolving billing queries raised by customers and internal stakeholders including intercompany billing matters.
• Supporting Optus-Singtel intercompany billing reconciliations and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting customer order processing and billing issues while developing a strong understanding of downstream operational processes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across billing reporting and commercial support activities.
• Leveraging automation tools data analytics and AI technologies to improve productivity accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Participating in digital transformation initiatives and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of billing systems and reporting tools.
• Experience in billing operations reporting reconciliation or commercial support is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve billing-related issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Account Commercial IT and Operations teams.
• Comfortable working with data reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Interest or experience in automation analytics or AI tools is an advantage.
• Proactive organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
