You will lead in the planning design and development of smart port infrastructure and intelligent buildings. Working with agencies and internal stakeholders in formulating strategies and solutions you will manage the projects from conceptualisation to completion. You will also contribute towards PSA environmental sustainability efforts through the exploration and adaptation of more green technology. One prime focus is on spearheading decarbonization solutions leveraging on carbon and renewable energy credit and green financing.
Main responsibilities including:
managing the entire project from initial feasibility to final building handover
acting as the Project Manager between the executing team from external Architect M&E & structures end-users and Management
reviewing architectural plans to ensure alignment with the original business brief local requirements and budget considerations
translating high-level business goals into tangible project requirements to facilitate buy-in
managing the tender phase and the bidding process
overseeing the submission of development applications to local regulatory bodies to secure necessary planning permits
managing fund allocation and tracking the projects financial health and
progress reporting
Requirements
Degree inCivil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in infrastructure planning and construction with a good track record of successful projects
Experience in port or sustainability related sector will be an added advantage
Good leadership and presentation skills strong analytical ability and achievement oriented
