About the role
Seasoned professional contributor in Supply Chain Management. Manage projects for supply chain management. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on Supply Chain Cost reduction target and operational goals. Work with the main stakeholders to identify cost opportunities. Works to influence other functions/vendors to support Supply Chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Category Manager youll be responsible for:
Supports senior management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations.
Oversee cost reduction projects and work with Container PMO to implement the projects
NPI/Outsourcing Projects implementation
Supports implementation of identified processes and monitors to closure.
Supports identification of opportunities for cost reductions.
Drive the Category team to meet the Material Productivity Target
Responsible for Productivity Savings Report and data analysis.
Engage support Regional PMO and Category leaders
Spend data analysis for different business segments
Work with Finance on the Yearly STD update and identify gaps
Other support
Monthly Operation Review and Material Productivity Review
Quarterly Business Review
Annual Plan and Long-Range Plan
Requirements
We are looking for people who are good in Supply Chain Management. If this is you get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelors degree in supply chain or Equivalent.
5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Project Management)
Advanced business knowledge general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
Action oriented results driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently collaboratively and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrated effective project management skills and experience.
Strong business acumen specific to Inventory Revenue Units and Margin.
