About the Role
At Workday our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the frontline of our customer engagement often providing the very first impression of Workday to future customers.
Based in our Singapore Office you will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions. And you will help develop customers into key references for Workday.
As a SDR for Workday you will:
Evangelize and educate the market on Workdays technology and applications
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into Thailand Market
Establish build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business the challenges they face future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday
Be a trusted member of the regional sales team collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business
About You

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Thai is essential.
Market Knowledge: Proven knowledge & experience selling in the Thailand Market.
Natural Leader: You dont wait for permission to act. Whether youve led sports teams held leadership roles in academia or initiated movements we want to hear from those who instinctively lead from the front.
Exceptional Work Ethic: You are self-motivated driven and hungry for success. Whether its in sales sports or any endeavor your commitment to learning growing and achieving is paramount.
Outstanding People Skills: You excel at building relationships quickly and arent shy about connecting with others.
