This role leads the planning and execution of the Clients retail branch portfolio and site acquisition agenda with a primarily focus on the core 8 retail markets and visibility across the wider branch estate.The role supports the clients pivot to affluence by translating client priorities and market opportunity into clear branch portfolio plans site briefs acquisition recommendations and delivery actions reported against identified success criteria.
Job Description
About the Role:
Develop branch network strategiesby analyzing business goals customer needs market trends and branch performance to recommend where to invest expand relocate upgrade or close locations.
Lead site acquisition and portfolio planningfrom identifying potential locations through evaluation approval lease transactions and handover for execution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersincluding real estate projects design brokers landlords and asset management teams to ensure successful delivery of branch initiatives.
Drive customer experience and brand standardsby ensuring branch locations and upgrades support a premium client experience and align with company branding and business objectives.
Promote operational excellenceby identifying risks improving processes ensuring compliance and working across teams to deliver efficient high-quality workplace and branch environments.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate project management network planning and acquisition
Experience identifying strategic locations for branch or retail network growth using market analysis demographic data socio-economic trends and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to support portfolio expansion decisions.
Proven track record in retail or commercial real estate acquisition (e.g. banking convenience retail or large-scale retail networks) including evaluating sourcing and securing premium locations aligned with business growth objectives.
Strong experience managing asset managers real estate brokers landlords and external partners to acquire high-value sites negotiate commercial terms and support network expansion initiatives across multiple markets.
