Boutique Director

Within the boutique team your main mission will be to lead the successful implementation of Audemars Piguets retail strategy at boutique level while driving business performance delivering exceptional client experiences and developing a high-performing team.

As a key leader within the boutique you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence strengthening client engagement and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with Audemars Piguets values and vision.

In this context you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing boutique strategy to deliver sales performance client development and operational excellence
• Leading the day-to-day operations of the boutique while ensuring the highest standards of service presentation and operational excellence
• Monitoring business performance identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to support continuous improvement
• Managing boutique operations inventory and security processes in line with Company policies and procedures
• Delivering an exceptional client experience across all client touchpoints including sales after-sales and boutique events
• Developing long-term relationships with clients while supporting client acquisition retention and loyalty initiatives
• Driving CRM excellence and ensuring client information is accurately maintained and leveraged to support business development activities
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador and representing Audemars Piguet with professionalism both inside and outside the boutique
• Leading coaching and developing the boutique team to achieve individual and collective objectives
• Creating an engaging collaborative and high-performance environment aligned with Audemars Piguets values
• Supporting recruitment onboarding talent development and succession planning initiatives
• Promoting knowledge sharing continuous learning and a strong customer-centric culture across the team
• Collaborating closely with regional and headquarters teams while contributing to business projects and strategic initiatives
• Providing regular business updates operational reporting and recommendations to support decision-making

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury retail hospitality or a client-facing environment including team management responsibilities
• Proven experience leading teams and driving business performance within a luxury or premium environment
• Strong understanding of client development customer experience and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to manage boutique operations business performance and operational excellence
• Strong leadership coaching and people development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with CRM tools and client engagement initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
