We embrace unique perspectives and empower each person to grow through professional development career training and mentoring people are our most important asset and we are very proud of the quality of our team Summary:This is a technical role focusing on guiding and driving changes that optimize business processes improves experience and foster innovation to maintain competitive advantage in Personal Lines Accident & Health and SME Packages space in APAC role will provide technical guidance and input implementing digital strategies for APAC that align with companys Duties:- Design prototype build configure and support services and front-end applications for Allied World- Design and build Web integration components- Design and build application monitoring- Create and maintain design specifications and related technical documents- Lead requirements gathering design and code reviews- Support and maintain Allied World services and applications- Provide support for Production environment including release management incidents management and incidents resolution- Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to best practice development methodologies
