AssociateSenior Associate, Derivatives Clearing Operations

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Associate/Senior Associate for the Clearing House within Derivatives Exchange Operations. This role is critical in accurateandtimelyclearing and settlement ofderivativesproducts.They put into practice PFMI principles on credit and liquidity risk margining collateral management and settlement finality. Its role is fundamental in mitigating systemic risk and ensuring market confidence

Maintainaccurateandtimelyfinancial products clearing settlement and collateral operations and project implementation.

Proactively review and improve processes to ensure high standards of processing and risk management in daily operations and project implementation.

Analyze and provideaccuraterecommendationtomanagerfortimelydecisions in a24 houroperating environment when underlying issues and solutions are notapparent.

Take the lead and drive the completion of projects and initiatives to develop thederivativesproducts and platforms.

Deepen the relationship with Members and other external stakeholders.

Support teammanagerand supervisors to build an effective and cohesive team contributing to SGXs success.

Degree holder with minimum 1-4yearsworking experience in clearing & collateral rules and regulations.

Strong understanding of Equities & FICC products & processes (both Exchange and OTC)

Proventrack recordofaccurateexecution and an eye for details.

Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint Excel AI Prompt Engineering

Knowledge in VBA/ R/ Python language is a plus.
