Portfolio Execution & Solutions Group (PESG)

The Portfolio Execution & Solutions Group (PESG) oversees the endtoend completion and implementation of GICs Total Portfolio. With teams in Singapore London and NewYork PESG provides a full spectrum of services for the Total Portfolio. These include trading funding and liquidity management securities financing portfolio rebalancing applied quantitative research and counterparty relationship management. The team also delivers systematic portfolio solutions and innovation such as portfolio construction techniques and tailrisk management to strengthen total portfolio construction and resilience. Working closely with other investment teams PESG provides tailored execution solutions and advisory leveraging market insights advanced data analytics and technology to ensure investment ideas are implemented with precision to achieve optimal portfolio outcomes. Through its integrated approach PESG ensures GICs Total Portfolio is managed seamlessly and dynamically to support longterm capital allocation risk management and investment resiliency all while keeping GIC agile and well positioned to capture opportunities across market cycles.

What will you do as an Associate/AVP Portfolio Services Analyst

As a Portfolio Services AnalystinPESG you will play a key role in implementing GICs investment strategies across global markets. Sitting at the intersection ofinvestment execution business strategy and datadriven innovation you will partner withportfolio managers traders and crossfunctional teamsto ensure accurate and efficient portfolio implementation. You will also contribute tostrategic initiativesthat enhance how PESG operates delivering business capabilities driving process improvements and shaping the future of GICs execution model.

• Support theexecution and implementation of investment activities ensuring accuracy timeliness and adherence to governance standards.
• Collaborate across teams todesign and deliver projectsthat improve PESGs operating model efficiency and capabilities.
• Usedata analytics and visualization toolsto generate insights automate workflows and support decisionmaking across trading liquidity and portfolio management functions.
• Applyemerging technologies including AI and automation to enhance execution quality and operational efficiency.
• Supportgovernance compliance business continuity and operational risk managementto ensure robust and scalable execution frameworks.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

• A degree in Finance Business Economics Data Science or a related field with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services consulting or a datadriven business management role.
• Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency inenduser computing applications. Experience withAIenabled tools or automationis an advantage.
• Acollaborative and proactive mindset able to work closely with investment teams while contributing to strategic and operational initiatives.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable insights and delivering meaningful outcomes through thoughtful execution.
• Highlyorganized detailoriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in afastpaced dynamic environment.
• Aselfstarterwith curiosity and drive to learn innovate and continuously improve.
