We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President Distribution Campaigns and Events.

In this role you will:

• Lead planning and execution of distribution events and campaigns from concept through completion
• Work closely with business owners to translate objectives into effective event strategies programmes and content
• Manage event timelines budgets logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute high-quality events and experiences
• Support creative development including event themes messaging and content across print and digital platforms
• Oversee operational details such as venue sourcing rehearsals run-of-show and contingency planning
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights
• Drive team execution standards and process improvements

To be successful you will need:

• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end events and campaigns
• Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured and disciplined approach to execution
• Proactive resourceful team player who can operate independently when required
