Assistant Manager, Manulife Business Academy
Job Summary
- Design develop and deliver learning solutions that support representative and leader development.
- Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning initiatives across the agency force.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to implement strategic capability-building projects.
- Manage training administration activities to support programme execution and learner experience.
- Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes.
- Develop engaging training materials and learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
- Support the implementation of innovative learning solutions including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.
- Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery.
- University degree in Business Human Resources Education Learning & Development or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of training learning and development education or financial services experience.
- Experience within financial services agency training or representative development environments.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences and training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
- Completed CMFAS Modules 9 9A 8 8A HI and RES5.
- CFP and/or ChFC certification.
- Experience supporting digital learning solutions and learning innovation initiatives.
- Exposure to GenAI-enabled learning tools or simulation-based learning programmes.
